Preparation starts with the glass, frames, seals, hardware, access and existing conditions. Floors, sills, walls, furnishings and nearby finishes are then protected for wet preparation and application.
The pane and perimeter are cleaned, and loose or bonded contamination is removed with methods appropriate for that specific glass surface. A final wet clean immediately before installation flushes remaining particles and keeps the adhesive from dragging across dry glass.
Application solution allows accurate positioning. Controlled overlapping squeegee passes move solution and air toward the edges, then the perimeter is trimmed and edge-finished before the installation is inspected.
