Two ways to make it happen

Shore Tint & More can prepare a written, room-by-room scope for a buyer to share with the builder and lender for review before closing.

If the package cannot be included or pre-closing access is unavailable, the buyer can reserve the work directly and schedule it immediately after closing.

How the pre-closing plan works

Share the community, builder, floor plan or rooms, goals and estimated settlement date. Shore reviews plans or photos and verifies glass, access, film choice, scope and pricing.

Builder or property-owner permission is required before closing. Inclusion depends on builder approval, lender and loan rules, appraisal, contract timing, access and buyer circumstances. Shore Tint & More does not provide mortgage or financial advice and cannot guarantee financing.

Can window film be installed before closing?

Sometimes. The builder or current property owner must approve access. If pre-closing access is not permitted, the project can be scheduled immediately after closing.

Can window film be included in my mortgage or purchase price?

Ask your builder and lender whether the package can be included in builder options, the purchase contract or financing. Eligibility varies, and Shore Tint & More cannot guarantee financing or provide financial advice.

What if my builder or lender says it cannot be included?

You can still approve or reserve the package directly and schedule installation before move-in when access is permitted, or immediately after closing.

When should I contact Shore Tint & More?

Contact Shore once you know the community, builder, approximate closing window and rooms or exposures you want to address. Final measurements are not needed to begin.

Will whole-home window film make the house dark?

It does not have to. Lighter ceramic and spectrally selective options can preserve more visible light, and film can be selected room by room.

Is window film compatible with double-pane or Low-E glass?

Often, but compatibility depends on the glass construction, coating location and film. The glazing is verified before an approved film is selected.
