Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
Strictly necessary — used to load pages, remember your cookie choice, and keep admin sessions signed in. These are always on. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — measures page views, sessions, traffic sources, and which services visitors look at. Cookies such as _ga and _ga_* typically last up to two years. Controlled by the “Analytics” choice. Tag management and advertising (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) — loads our measurement tags and Google advertising tags that may set _gcl_* cookies to attribute a quote request or phone call to an ad. With advertising consent, Google may show a Google forwarding number in place of our phone number so ad-driven calls can be counted; the call still reaches us. Controlled by the “Advertising” choice. The remotely managed Tag Manager container is not loaded until advertising is allowed. Its tags may include additional Google analytics and Meta advertising measurement; these share the advertising gate. Visit attribution (this browser only) — when you arrive from an ad link, campaign tags such as utm_source and an ad click ID are kept in session storage for the visit, so a confirmed estimate request can be credited to the right campaign. No name, email or phone number is included, and it clears when you close the tab. Google Fonts and Google Maps — our heading font is served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver it. The map on our Contact page loads from Google only when you choose “Load Google map”. ChatGPT Ads measurement (OpenAI) — only after you accept, OpenAI's measurement pixel records page views and may set consent preferences and related cookies so OpenAI can measure visits from ads in ChatGPT. It is not used to send your name, email or phone number. Meta advertising measurement (Facebook and Instagram ads) — when enabled, and only after you accept, the Meta Pixel records page views and confirmed estimate requests so Meta can measure our ads, and may set _fbp and _fbc cookies (typically up to 90 days). It is not used to send your name, email or phone number. Choosing “Necessary only” or withdrawing consent stops it. Embedded estimate forms (TintWiz) — our request-an-estimate forms are embedded from TintWiz and may set their own cookies to keep your form entry working.
When you first visit, we ask whether to allow analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept all, choose necessary only, or use “Customize” to allow analytics and advertising separately. Until you accept, Google's consent mode keeps that storage turned off. You can change your mind at any time from “Cookie Settings” in the footer of every page. Google may send limited cookieless measurement requests while storage consent is denied; declining is not a promise of no Google network traffic. Withdrawing advertising permission reloads this page to unload remotely managed tags. Save any unfinished form entry before changing that choice. The consent controls do not delete previously stored cookies; you can remove those through your browser settings. Change cookie preferences You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on . Blocking cookies will not stop you from browsing the site or requesting an estimate.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of advertising cookies and measurement on this site. Do Not Track signals have no common standard, so we rely on GPC and the controls above instead.
