These terms are maintained by Shore Tint & More and cover use of this website and the estimates we provide.
The content on this site — including film performance figures, case studies, and manufacturer documents — is provided for general information. Manufacturer specifications and warranty documents published here belong to 3M and are reproduced for reference; the manufacturer's current published documentation controls in the event of any difference.
Estimates are free and are based on the information and measurements available at the time. Final pricing may change after an on-site survey if glass size, access, condition, or scope differ from what was described. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise in writing. A quote is not a contract until both sides confirm the scope and schedule.
We schedule installations by appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Weather, access issues, or unsafe conditions on site may require us to move a job; we will contact you as soon as we know. Glass must be accessible and clear of furnishings and window treatments unless we have agreed otherwise.
Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Deposits may be required for custom-ordered or special-order film. Balances are due on completion unless we have agreed to other terms in writing.
Installed 3M films carry the manufacturer's warranty for the specific product installed, and we warrant our workmanship. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from abrasive cleaning, improper cleaning products, sharp objects, building movement, or glass that was already damaged or failed before installation. Some glass types and conditions carry a risk of thermal stress; where that risk exists we will tell you before installing and recommend an appropriate film.
Window film is applied to your existing glass and frames. We are not responsible for pre-existing seal failure, scratches, chips, or defects in the glass or frames, and we cannot guarantee film will prevent glass breakage in every circumstance. Security film and attachment systems are designed to delay entry and hold broken glass together; they are not bulletproof unless a specific ballistic system was quoted and installed.

We may photograph completed installations for our portfolio and marketing without publishing your name or street address. Tell us before or during the job if you would prefer we not photograph your property.
To the extent permitted by Delaware law, our liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount paid for the installation in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost business or lost revenue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
